In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "j999," "we," "us," "our" refers to j999 and its affiliated entities operating the platform accessible at j999.vu.
• "Platform" means the j999 website, mobile web interface, and any associated services, software , applications, or tools made available by j999.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the j999 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the j999 Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, which is the primary currency used on the j999 Platform.
• "Betting Services" means all sports betting, cricket betting, PSL wagering, and related wagering activities offered on the j999 Platform.
• "Casino Services" means all live casino table games, slot games, and other casino-style gaming activities available on the j999 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other incentive balances credited to your Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, or any other accepted payment method that are held in your j999 Account wallet.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, service marks, logos, brand names, domain names, software code, game content, and any other proprietary material owned by or licensed to j999.

By accessing the j999 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any j999 service in any manner, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding contract between you and j999.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the j999 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, the j999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

j999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, j999 will endeavour to notify registered users via their Account email address. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Use of the j999 Platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. j999 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all accounts and services. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must not be accessing the j999 Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the j999 Platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting as an agent, affiliate, or proxy for any third party when placing bets or using Casino Services on the j999 Platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of j999 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person.

j999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawals and may result in Account closure. Any winnings generated by an underage user will be forfeited in full.

Age Verification: j999 employs automated and manual age verification procedures. All withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification will be held until verification is satisfactorily completed.

To access Betting Services, Casino Services, or any other real-money features on the j999 Platform, you must create an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on j999. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change.
3. Account Ownership: Your j999 Account is personal to you. You must not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise allow any third party to use your Account. j999 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account by a third party.
4. KYC Verification: j999 is required to verify the identity of all users who request withdrawals. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport) and proof of address. Accounts that remain unverified after 30 days of a withdrawal request being submitted may have their withdrawal suspended pending verification.
5. Contact Details: You are responsible for maintaining an active and accessible email address and mobile number on your Account at all times. j999 communications sent to your registered email address or mobile number are deemed received by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your j999 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following security obligations apply:

• You must not share your password, OTP codes, or login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your j999 Account and not reuse passwords used on other websites or services.
• You must notify j999 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• j999 will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from j999 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• j999 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

j999 employs industry-standard SSL encryption on all Platform pages and transactions. However, no digital security system is entirely impenetrable, and j999 cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible threats. You access the j999 Platform and store your PKR balance at your own risk, subject to the security measures j999 has in place.

j999 supports the following Pakistani Rupee (PKR) payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on j999 is Rs 200. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Raast are typically credited to your j999 Account instantly. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or 1LINK may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your Account balance.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to fully KYC-verified accounts only. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but may not withdraw funds until identity verification is completed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within two (2) to twenty-four (24) hours. j999 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Currency: All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on j999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR transactions.
• Source of Funds: You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your j999 Account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. j999 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time.
• Transaction Fees: j999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) may apply their own fees, which are your responsibility.

j999 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or pending bonus wagering requirements that have not been satisfied.

The following rules govern all sports betting and cricket betting activity on the j999 Platform:

• Bet Placement: All bets placed on j999 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed after confirmation, except where j999 exercises its discretion under these Terms or applicable bet settlement rules.
• Odds: Odds displayed on the j999 Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed and confirmed at the moment your bet is accepted by the system.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are subject to additional latency and may be suspended or voided if the relevant event has already reached a decisive moment before the bet is processed. j999's decision on in-play bet settlement is final.
• Voided Bets: j999 reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, pricing errors, system errors, evidence of match-fixing, or force majeure events. Voided bets are returned to the player's balance at the original stake amount.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum winnings per bet and per event may be capped at j999's discretion. Any winnings exceeding the applicable cap will be adjusted to the maximum payout limit.
• Suspicious Activity: j999 reserves the right to withhold payment and investigate any bet where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, use of automated betting software, or exploitation of pricing errors.

Specific rules for individual sports, cricket formats (Test, ODI, T20), PSL matches, and casino game variants are published in the relevant game or betting section of the j999 Platform and supplement these Terms.

j999 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, cricket reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins on slot games. The following general terms apply to all j999 bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a j999 Account at any given time. Activating a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of an existing bonus may result in forfeiture of the outstanding bonus balance.

• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your Account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Abuse Prevention: j999 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and take further action against any Account found to be abusing bonus terms, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, hedging bets to guarantee bonus conversion, or systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear bonus requirements.
• j999's Discretion: j999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the j999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or exploit any feature of j999's services.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors must be returned to j999.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of material non-public information to place bets on the j999 Platform.
• Using the j999 Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal or illegal purpose.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Impersonating another person, providing false identity documents, or misrepresenting your age or identity to j999.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing j999 staff, support agents, or other users of the Platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to j999's systems, databases, or administrative interfaces.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or places an unreasonable load on j999's infrastructure or services.

All Intellectual Property on the j999 Platform — including but not limited to the j999 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, data feeds, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of j999 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j999 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any j999 content without prior written consent.
• Scrape, mine, or extract data from the j999 Platform in bulk or using automated means.
• Use the j999 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express prior written authorisation from j999.
• Frame or mirror the j999 Platform on any other website or platform without written permission.

Any unauthorised use of j999's Intellectual Property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j999 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the j999 Platform or any of its services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the j999 Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account, transmissions, or data resulting from causes outside j999's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from gambling outcomes, including losing bets on cricket, PSL, or casino games. Gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain, and j999 does not guarantee any winnings.

In all cases, j999's aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your j999 Account at the time the claim arises, or Rs 50,000 (Pakistani Rupees Fifty Thousand), whichever is lesser.

Force Majeure: j999 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond j999's reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, cyberattacks, or governmental action.

j999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all users. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and must be respected by all users of the j999 Platform:

• 21+ Policy: All users must be 21 years of age or older. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement enforced through identity verification procedures.
• Deposit Limits: All registered users may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on their Account. A deposit limit, once set and reduced, takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to permanent account closure via the Account settings screen or by contacting j999 support. During self-exclusion, the Account cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: j999 provides in-session time notifications to users who have been active for extended periods. These prompts are designed to encourage informed decision-making and regular breaks.
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a given period. Once set, a loss limit can only be decreased immediately; increases require a mandatory review period.

j999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Suspected underage gambling or provision of false identity information.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 9 of these Terms.
• At the user's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, j999 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed following investigation, remaining Real Money Balance (excluding any Bonus Funds) will be returned to the user's last verified payment method within 14 business days.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account for any reason may do so by contacting j999 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

j999 endeavours to resolve all user complaints and disputes promptly and fairly. The following process applies to any dispute arising from your use of the j999 Platform:

1. Initial Contact: All disputes must first be submitted to j999's customer support team by email at [email protected] or via the live chat function available on every page of the Platform. Please provide your Account username, a clear description of the dispute, and any supporting evidence.
2. Internal Review: j999 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days. Complex disputes may require a longer investigation period, in which case j999 will keep you informed of the progress.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with j999's response to your complaint, you may request escalation to j999's senior compliance team. Escalated disputes will be reviewed independently and a final decision will be communicated within 14 business days of escalation.
4. Final Decision: j999's final decision on any dispute relating to bet settlement, game outcomes, or Platform operation shall be binding, except where there is demonstrable evidence of manifest error by j999.

j999 does not submit to the jurisdiction of any external alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body other than those mandated by its international gaming licence. Users retain their right to seek redress through courts of competent jurisdiction, subject to the governing law clause below.

j999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on the j999 Platform unless a later effective date is specified.

Where j999 makes material changes to these Terms, reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered users via their Account email address or through a prominent notice displayed on the j999 Platform at login. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.

Your continued use of the j999 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the j999 Platform and contact support to close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to j999's international gaming licence jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

By using the j999 Platform, you acknowledge that online gambling may be regulated or restricted in your jurisdiction, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the j999 Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your place of residence.
